Rwanda: The Prime Minister receives the Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister
Starting November 19th, Rwanda is hosting the 46th Ministerial Conference of the Francophonie (OIF) for two days. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn congratulated Rwanda on its warm welcome and the excellent organization of the Ministerial Conference.
Prime Minister Nsengiyumva in turn congratulated Cambodia on its preparation to assume the presidency of the Francophonie following the Ministerial Conference, and wished the country success in organizing the 20th Francophonie Summit.

The meeting between Rwandan Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Prak Sokhonn, also highlighted the strong bilateral relations between Rwanda and Cambodia, including ongoing cooperation and recently signed agreements.
Cambodia and Rwanda collaborate primarily in the area of financial cooperation. They have signed an agreement to innovate in digital payments and strengthen collaboration between their central banks. This agreement aims to harmonize digital payment systems between the two countries. The agreement also provides for enhanced collaboration between their respective central banks.

The two countries also signed a visa exemption agreement for holders of diplomatic and service passports.
